"AC works.. pool is dirty and cold. WiFi doesn’t work really so the TV didn’t work. Shower and toilet were discussing. Place was ran down.. literally had to find another place to stay because bed was so uncomfortable. Trash everywhere on the ground outside. Parking was sketchy too.. "

"I definitely feel like they overdid the photos online because it doesn’t look like how it does on photos when you go in person. It was clean, refrigerator and AC did work and it was an okay stay i won’t be coming back but, if you need a place to stay i’d say why not."

"This place is in a rough neighborhood. The front desk lady did not allow us to use the restroom after our four hour drive in because we were not guests yet. Although we had a reservation we were not allowed to use the restroom. She was ok with other drug dealers and users to hang out in the lobby and parking lot. After we returned to check in we were charged another time, although I explained that we had paid through hotels.com. Then our room key didn’t allow us in to our room, so we had to get escorted by her to let us in. The hallways smelled awful like a wet dog or a failed attempt to clean up vomit. The room stunk like cigarettes and the bed was not comfortable. We only had two towels for the four guests. When I asked for more after we returned from dinner and had to get escorted to our room again. We were only given one more towel. When my son used the toilet it clogged. We told the front desk and were handed a plunger. Needless to say this place overcharges. I would never book here again or recommend it for a family."

"From the moment I checked in I was pleased. The young man was friendly and easy to check in. The staff was literally mopping the side walk the floors were immaculate. When we walked in the room the air was on for us. That helped a lot because it was 100 this weekend. There was no musty smell to the room. The breakfast each morning was delicious so many choices the potatoes were bomb and I loved the option of yogurt parfait. So yummy and the staff did not stop working the entire time. I will definitely recommend the Norwalk Inn Best Western. Very happy visit."

"Booked through Expedia when I arrived at the hotel the front desk gentleman kept saying no there’s no reservation under that name. I showed him my email and he still didn’t want to believe me and can’t saying he couldn’t find it. He took my phone and started scrolling my email kept clicking his computer and then would you believe that he found my reservation. The room itself is decent , it has a lot of nice amenities you don’t see often. The ac unit was a bit weird sounded like the filter needed to maybe be changed out. Bed was comfortable "
