Lovely spot

Lovely little inn that is located above a restaurent. You have to travel to another location to get your keys. It is also not mentioned but you have access to their pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Even if the property looks not top notch from the outside - it is awesome! Super clean rooms, everything in it, and the staff and adjoining restaurant are just wonderful!!!! We can highly recommend it!!!!

We couldnt stay there as they gave us a room on second floor. No reception desk property desserted had to go to Manoir then no one knew the lay out of hotel. I wond up wuth no where to stay. Plus I had just oaid. The person at the desk had no authority to refund me. We had to wait the following day to have only a partial refund as the computer wouldnt allow it then had to keep in touch to get the rest of the refund. I was offer to stay at their hotel instead having to pay much more and gaving to take a roomcfor a few days and from there to have to move to different room firctge rest of our stay. Please do yourself a favor check in the comfort in in St Georges was very welcoming. No one wants to have nowhers to stay after travelling for 11 hours from Nova Scotia to Quèbec.

Staff are great, room is very clean and spacious. Older building and difficult access to second floor. Please be aware, you have to go to a different hotel down the street to pick up your trim key and return them when you check out. Otherwise good stay and the restaurant attached is amazing.

I was not made aware that the reception closed at a certain time. We arrived at 22:30 and was created by a locked door and when I called the contact number, got an answering machine!

I will never ever rent here again. 1- you have to check-in at another hotel to get your key and return it; 2- the bathroom sink completely rusted and water taps in poor condition; 3-bathtubs are grubby ; 4- dispensers empty. The exterior is not plowed neither are the walkways to the rooms . Zero service at location it looks deserted; I wrote 3 times with questions and received absolutely NO REPLY. I EVEN CALLED NO REPLY AGAIN. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Check-in was a little odd. We were expected to drive 5 minutes to pick up room keys. Staff at the attached restaurant were very helpful, and since we were on snowmobiles, drove to get the room keys for us. We were on the 2nd floor and getting to our rooms from the exterior was very treachorous due snow not being cleared. The room was nothing speacial and we soon discovered there was an interior entrance to our rooms. Due to fact there was no hotel staff onsite, we weren't made aware of this, and it was an entrance no guest would have found on their own until they were in their room. Definitely room to improve service.
