"I've stayed at this hotel many times throughout the past 10 years and this last visit was horrible. The hotel had gone downhill so much. Not clean at all, my room had urine on the seat, hair in shower. I had to clean and disinfect the room myself. The pool was disgusting, the wall paint was chipping off, tiles broken. The one night I went to take my granddaughter in the pool and there was a group in there partying and had tons of beer bottles lined up, so of course we didn't go, she was upset. No rules enforced."

"We did not use many amenities in the room. We checked in and there was very loud music "base" noise right below our room so it was unbearable to stay in the room. This music continued until after 10pm. The pavilion across the street continued to have loud music well after 11pm. When I asked the desk person about the music, her comment was "well, we have a bar". Never stay here! You will be very uncomfortable and disappointed."

"I booked 2 rooms via hotels.com and showed the staff my verification. They only had 1 room reserved. It worked out but the mix up took a long time to rectify. My sink had no soap so I had to ask for some. The window was open in my room so it was 59 degrees in the room when I checked in. Towels are very scratchy! Breakfast was horrible! If there was any other option in this area when visiting family I would never go back here."
