About this property

Waterfront with Kayaks, Pool Table, Fire Pit, and Pergola. Downtown area

  • Welcome to the Beautiful Waterfront getaway. My home is located on a river connected to Lake Opechee with private access to the river. This newly renovated home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. If you look outside you will see a beautiful view overlooking the river. Enjoy the warm fire pit, giant pergola outside. A deck also overlooks the river where you can spend time grilling and enjoying your morning coffee. 2 Kayaks will be provided to float down the river and explore Lake Opechee starting May 1st.

    This is a 2 unit home. Your private downstairs unit has over 1,300 sq ft. The driveway is shared with the neighboring house. You will always have 2 parking spots available. If an additional spot is needed please contact me before arrival. The pergola, fire pit, deck are all private for you. Each room has a smart tv equipped with Netflix and YouTube TV. Bedroom 1 has a 55inch Samsung. Bedroom 2 has a 50 inch Vizio. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung and the 3 season room has a 65 inch Samsung as well. The kitchen has all you will need to cook or bake provided with plenty of pots/ pans, utensils, cooking oil, salt/pepper and plenty more.
