"Beds were comfortable and clean, but the rest of the building was a bit tired. We had to move rooms because the toilet handle was falling off and the lights would not work. Carpets are all an ugly dirty brown colour, paint chipped off the walls and the decor was tired and cheap looking. Staff were very nice and helpful though."
"Hotel was in a good location in city. Different type of elevators, press a pad for floor and the pad tells you which elevator will go to your floor. No buttons inside. Room service food was great from main restaurant attached to hotel.
Complimentary coffee in am only, otherwise water available in lobby on 2nd floor. Room was nice, ours didn't have a view, but it wasn't important for us. Faced a wall. Shower was great. No irons in room, but call for one and they bring to your room. TV was not...
"All in all, it was a good stay. The hotel is older, but super clean and updated. The room was comfy and quiet. It was excellent location wise for my trip. Hotel staff is helpful but could be a tad bit friendlier. There is no filtered water on the premises which would should be standard."
"Very clean room. Courteous, knowledgeable and flexible staff along with a lovely location.
The only drawback was parking. It eventually was resolved, but it would really help if the hotel had reserved spots for guests.
