This is a well maintained 2b/2b manufactured home in the Village of Orange Blossom. We love this location due to its proximity to Spanish Springs and numerous golf courses,pools,tennis courts and a fabulous walking trail.This fully furnished unit includes linens,cable, wifi,utilities,golf cart and bbq grill. This home offers two screened Lanais to enjoy the warm weather with a cup of coffee or family meal.Within walking distance to Spanish Springs entertainment and restaurants.. Come enjoy with just your personal items. Everything provided. bbq grill, gas golf cart, w/d.55"tv in LR,32" in both bedrooms.No carpets. Nicely landscaped.

Great Stay in the Villages

We enjoyed the property, location and hosts! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Plenty of room in this 2/2 with golf cart. Pool was right around the corner. The hosts were great to communicate with and we want to stay again!

Property was excellent as described. Air Conditioning was subpar probably due to the excessive heat as temperatures ventured around 100, during the day. The AC recovered during late hours, so it was tolerable. Inside the dwelling needed some floor cleaning and was communicated to the property owners. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this property!

We were the first renters of this property and the place is perfect! Everything was brand new and beautiful. The house is in a great location. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could ever need including an electric mixer. Very comfortable, quiet and fun in the Villages.
