"Brand new hotel. Great for families with play ground. Although breakfast was not mentioned we found several local products in our room to prepare it ourselves including 3 different type of coffees and tea cake bread ,honey . Daily housekeeping. Only thing the location. There is nothing in walking distance and you need to drive everywhere. There are places to visit and overall we would recommend it"
"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. I think a courtesy coffee might be a good idea! Or at least allow guests to pay for just a coffee when there's nothing else immediately available. The pool (for guests without a private pool) also opens at 10am - felt late in the heat of the summer, especially for kids, who are up and excited to swim early. My husband was chastised for crossing the plastic chain and going in the pool at 9:57am. Really? It's a nice facility but I didn't feel well treated, unfortunately."
