Não se deixe enganar pelas fotos da recepção e o preço da diária. O hotel é muito mal conservado e os quartos são sujos, o box do banheiro é sujo, as toalhas são encardidas, a roupa de cama tem manchas, as cortinas também, espelhos e janelas sujos, luminária se soltando do teto, saindo da recepção, parece que você entrou num hotel daqueles que ficam na frente de uma rodoviária de cidade grande. Eu poderia ficar listando aqui a quantidade de coisas ruins nesse hotel, mas acho que só o fato de a limpeza e a manutenção serem precárias já basta.

O hotel tem uma ótima limpeza e equipe muito atenciosa. Cama confortável com muitas cobertas e ar condicionado quente. O chuveiro é bem quente e potente (ótimo para o frio). Apenas o café da manhã que deixou a desejar pelo valor da diária. Além disso, fechamos a diária pelo aplicativo hotéis.com, mas o acerto seria na propriedade, sendo que eles não parcelam o valor, ou seja, a diária cara e sem parcelamento.

O Hotel precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos. Atendimento ser um pouco mais padronizado e ágil. Mesmo com ocupação máxima, um hotel de rede precisa ter todos os serviços funcionando adequadamente. 20 min pra servir uma caipira e uma hora pra servir dois pratos quentes no restaurante da recepção é um pouco fora da normalidade. O hotel tbem aparenta desgaste acentuado. Travesseiros que sinceramente, um lençol enrolado fez melhor a função.
