"Excellent location in the heart of Old Town and street performers outside front door! Rooms quite small but great closet space. Our room had some street noise apparent. Breakfast very good value and nice view. Interior of Hotel very lovely but rooms could use updating especially mattress and huge, stiff pillows!"

Breakfast had a good variety, but dinners could feel repetitive after a few days. If you’re staying longer, I’d recommend exploring local restaurants in town for more variety and authentic Canarian food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist with directions or general questions. "I think for the area, this is one of the nicer hotels. Location and parking are decent. The rooms look nice, but my husband and I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable and felt like the cleaning staff didn’t really clean the room, just changed the bedding and towels. He We only had our room cleaned once and I can tell almost immediately that the bathroom countertops had not been wiped down. You have to pay to use the safe which just feels like you are being taken advantage off. Good drinks at the bar and breakfast was good. I would definitely not recommend the buffet for dinner. "
