Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better."

"Room was very nice with balcony. Cleaned twice daily. Change of towels and replenishment daily. Chocolate gift box every evening was a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast, but would have liked more vegetarian options. Several restaurants on site and several others closeby. Shuttle bus to and from town centre and beach front. The spa section is massive and apparently the largest and best in Europe. Both indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Lovely grounds. Just a word of caution,...

"This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. "Quality Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel situated in wonderful grounds which are kept in immaculate condition. Large Pool area, never crowded plus a Sun Terrace with adjacent bar.
Great choice of food both at breakfast and dinner. Great friendly staff, always with a welcoming smile.
Courtesy Bus to and from Town Centre throughout the day, but it's also a very pleasant 20 minute walk into town, though a somewhat steep walk returning."
