"The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day.. "

"Room was very nice with balcony. Cleaned twice daily. Change of towels and replenishment daily. Chocolate gift box every evening was a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast, but would have liked more vegetarian options. Several restaurants on site and several others closeby. Shuttle bus to and from town centre and beach front. The spa section is massive and apparently the largest and best in Europe. Both indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Lovely grounds. Just a word of caution,...

"Quality Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel situated in wonderful grounds which are kept in immaculate condition. Large Pool area, never crowded plus a Sun Terrace with adjacent bar. Great choice of food both at breakfast and dinner. Great friendly staff, always with a welcoming smile. Courtesy Bus to and from Town Centre throughout the day, but it's also a very pleasant 20 minute walk into town, though a somewhat steep walk returning."

"The property is a little dated and needs to freshen up in areas. But it is clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep all area's clean and tidy for guests . The food is ok but can be improved on. Overall I enjoyed my stay and close to the shops and amenities. "

"Free Muffins coffee and tea in the morning and inexpensive dinner cooked by the skilled employees and volunteers of the hostel. The roll was a little small for six people. But I was plenty comfortable. The people that work and volunteer there are very friendly and helpful. If you are going to are going to Tenerife, you can’t go wrong with a Nest Hostel. They are all great. Some are as small as a house. And others feel like a resort. But all are clean and really make you feel at home. ...
