Located in Carvoeiro, one of the best areas in the Algarve and just minutes from stunning beaches, Villa Renaissance is a magnificent property with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, perfect for a relaxing holiday.



On the ground floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, all with air conditioning. This floor also includes a kitchen with all utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed indoors or outside.



The open-plan dining and living room creates a cosy atmosphere, with a large dining table and comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.



Upstairs, there’s an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.



Outside, the heatable pool ( addittional cost) is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to relax under the Algarve sun. There are also 2 outdoor dining areas and a barbecue for al fresco meals.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
