Hello Villas

Stayed for 12 days. Had issues with first house and took two days to be moved. Second house had better upkeep. Pool area was nice, and was quiet overall. Cleaning was very hit and miss.

Nothing close by no mini market, pub, restaurant, shops etc. on site “lounge bar, poolside bar and cafe” was the same lone tiny one table room served from a hatch! Good pool and plenty of sun beds. Nice Villa but had little utensils and no site information documents 10pm curfew not mentioned anywhere until you’re still chatting at midnight!

The condo was quite large with kitchen, bathroom and living room on the main floor and 1 bedroom and full bath on the second floor. There was also a basement but we didn't go down there. The outdoor pool is very nice with enough lounges for everyone. Our only complaints are that it is a long walk to the beach down a steep hill and then back up said hill, no paper towels or kleenex were provided, and there were no hooks anywhere to hang up wet towels.

Great place to stay, villas are spacious and really well equipped in a quiet, had everything we needed. Pool area and other facilities all good. Staff were non intrusive and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Spacious unit in a good location.

A great location, as it was walking distance to a lively village and within a short drive of many sights. The villa was a large one bedroom with a private backyard. Located on the resort is an outdoor pool where we spent several enjoyable evenings.

We had a lovely week in Hello Villas,quiet,spotless accommodation,with daily cleaning and everything necessary to live comfortably there,was available! Pool area was superb with plenty of umbrellas and sun beds.Downhill walk into Cavaeiro but steep walk back again may require you to take a cheap taxi. Definitely recommend this resort

Spacious, quiet and modern flat!

Spacious, modern flat, close to the town and a 3 minute drive away from the beach! The staff were incredibly helpful and the flat was well equipped. We worked remotely and had no issues with wifi or having a proper office space. Would highly recommend this villa if you're after somewhere spacious, comfortable and quiet while still being a very short drive to the main town and beach.

It's spacious, big, clean, modern and quiet villas. Gardens could do with some more maintenance. The villa complex is quite good, all villas with their own garden, outside space, very private, not overlooked. Pool is small but very quiet. Car hire is recommended. Overall excellent value for money.

great place

We visited Aldeamento Villas Mourim end of September , 2016. This resort is great. We rented 3 floors villa with pretty back yard and private parking. On the first floor are the living room, the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen . On the second floor are the bedroom ,bathroom with a jacuzzi and a spare room. In the basement is the laundry room. Beautiful pool ,plus children's pool. Very quiet place , 10 -15 min. walk to the beach or centre of the city. The weather was very hot (28-32 C), but we didn't feel like using the AC. The windows are protected with heavy automatic blinds and theyt keep the house cool. The staff was very friendly and qualified. I really want to thank Cristina Almeida who manages the place. She was very helpful and very professional. Big thank you to the guards Fabio, Vitor and Luiz who were always there , ready to help. We definitely going to Villas Mourim again and highly recommend this place to anyone. P.S. We booked with Hotels.com. The street name they have on their website is wrong. You have to look for RAMPA Mato Serrao, not for Rua Mato Serrao. Stayed September 2016

Wir können das "Hello Villas" nur empfehlen. Wir waren wieder einmal zu früh für den Check-In. Das Personal an der Rezeption bot uns an, die Wartezeit am Pool zu verbringen und stellte uns sogar Badetücher zur Verfügung. Als die Wohnung bereit war, wurden wir benachrichtigt und konnten einziehen. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung wussten wir, dass wir uns hier wohlfühlen würden. Gut klimatisiert, sauber und sehr geräumig. Unser Sohn hat alles sofort inspiziert. Die Küche, der Waschraum und alles, was man für einen längeren Urlaub braucht, waren vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und es kam regelmäßig jemand, um die Wohnung zu reinigen. Zu Fuß waren wir mit dem Kinderwagen in etwa 15 Minuten in der Stadt, obwohl es etwas steil war. Schade war nur, dass es keinen Schatten beim Carport gab und die Poolbar bereits um 16:30 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Ótima estadia

Boa estadia. Ficamos numa Villa com um quarto e ficamos muito satisfeitos com as condições. Boas áreas de estar e lazer, a cozinha espaçosa e com todos os utensílios, a piscina também agradável. Está também a boa distância do carvoeiro e de outras praias da zona O único senão a apontar foi o sofá cama que já devia ter uns anos e rangia imenso, não deixando ninguém dormir. A solução foi colocar o colchão no chão. Apesar disso valeu a pena.

Estancia muy agradable

Las villas están muy bien, modernas , con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, muy luminosas. Lo único a mejorar sería la equipación de la cocina, cuando llegamos no había tabla para cortar, ni un cuchillo para la fruta ( solo de mesa y el grande de pan) y otras cosas de menor importancia. No obstante en la recepción son muy amables, pedimos un cuchillo y paño de cocina para mantenerla limpia y lo trajeron sin problemas. El sitio es un conjunto de villas vigiladas 24 h donde para entrar hay unas barreras con un vigilante. Para aparcar tienes aparcamiento propio en cada villa. La zona de la piscina muy muy bien, una piscina grande y otra de niños. Al lado un bar que tiene personal muy agradable donde pedir las cosas y te las llevan incluso a tu hamaca. También hay un pequeño parque infantil. Dentro de la zona de baños hay duchas, cosa que está muy bien, por si cuando quieres hacer el checkout (12h) después quieres quedarte un rato más en la piscina y salir duchado. El sitio queda a pocos minutos en coche del centro de carvoeiro.

Super en famille ou entre amis séjour reposant

Correspond complètement à la description, les villas sont neuves , équipé comme il faut . Emplacement très calme , la piscine est un peu petite mais suffisante pour un petit séjour . Il y a un gardien 24/24 et à l’accueil ils sont très agréable. Il y a les serviettes de piscines, et les serviettes de toilettes qui sont fournis , ainsi que les draps. Nous sommes a 15 min à pied de la plage de Carvoeiro et proche des grottes de aboneca où il y un spot incroyable pour le coucher de soleil et faire de magnifiques photos tout ça a 25 min à pied .

Vacances en juin

Résidence très propre. Idéalement située au calme et juste à côté de la ville. Piscine très belle et très propre également. Petit déjeuner déposé tous les jours au pas de la porte et très copieux !!!!! 10/10. Carvoeiro est parfaitement situé pour visiter Lagos, Ferragudo, Silves, Albufeira, 7 vallées suspendues, beganil et toutes les plus belles plages de la côte Algarve.

Localização boa, recepção excelente, vila limpa e igual as fotos no site. Tudo limpo, sossegado, piscina boa. Tudo muito tranquilo. Tinha máquina de lavar roupas e isso foi ótimo! Mycket trevligt boende i form av ett parhus. Rent och snyggt samt utrustat med det man behöver. Toppen frukost levereras till dörren varje morgon. Fantastiskt mysigt att inta den ute på altanen. Bra läge med restauranger i området samt en kort promenad ner till byn. Finns en brant backe dock att bemästra... Rekommenderas starkt.

Mycket trevligt boende

Mycket trevlig hus (parhus) med högt läge nära centrum av Carvoeiro. Husen är i nyskick och har allt i utrustningsväg. Rent och snyggt. Liten uteplats och tomt på baksidan. Frukosten levererades till dörren (om man önskade) varje morgon. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Området bevakat 24/7. Ger bästa rekommendationerna för detta boende i Carvoeiro. Med tanke på att boendet är höjt beläget så ska man vara medveten om att promenaden hem från centrum ger bra motion i den branta stigningen...
