Discover the pinnacle of luxury in this exclusive villa in Carvoeiro, located in Caramujeira, just 5 minutes from Praia da Marinha. The spacious open-plan living and dining area invites relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table, all with direct access to the outdoor spaces.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one double en-suite with a bathtub, another double en-suite with a shower, and a twin bedroom. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower for extra convenience. One of the rooms has direct access to the pool.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a double and a twin, both with access to a balcony with stunning sea views, and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms feature spacious wardrobes and air conditioning.



The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for easy and comfortable meal preparation, including a pantry and laundry area.



The outdoor area is a true oasis, featuring a heatable pool (extra cost), jacuzzi (extra cost), BBQ area, garden, football field, and a lake. A ping-pong table provides extra fun. The villa has parking for up to five cars and pool towels are provided.



The location offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience, close to the famous Praia da Marinha, local restaurants, and Carvoeiro attractions.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
