Huge resort with variable apartments

First we were given an old and not very cozy apartment (we rented the superior apt), far away from the pool and bar area, 1 km walk. The apartment was old, the extra bed was short and tilted and we felt like we were in a basment. We asked for an upgrade and the staff was very friendly and for 170 Euro extra we got a very nice and trendy, newly renovated apt. Although this was also far away from the resort area although we had our own nice and quiet pool. So just make sure you get the apt that you want because they really differ a lot, both in comfort and also location. We did not know the resort had apartments really far away from the reception. The bar and pools are nice, the supermarket has everything you need and the area is peaceful and quiet.

Amazing level of cleanliness. Beautiful “cottage” with everything needed supplied. The resort is beautifully planted with trees and flowers, and lovely just to walk around the network of little paths. Lovely place, my second time here and will be back.

We had a great time. We were in apartments up the hill from main reception but it was peaceful and the pool by these apartments was lovely and quiet. The bar area at the resort was clean, staff were friendly and the food was hot ,tasty and reasonably priced

Tivemos uma ótima estadia em julho de 2023. A piscina é ampla e a água estava agradável todos os dias. Havia bastante espaço para todos os hóspedes. O custo benefício é excelente. Tudo muito confortável mas sem luxo na casa onde ficamos. A localização não é ruim de carro mas não se faz nada a pé.

Mooi vakantiepark.

Appartement netjes, maar gedateerd en zeer gehorig. regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en schoonmaak. Zwembad bij appartement heerlijk en netjes. Ontbijt was prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Park was mooi aangelegd, mooie bloemen, bomen etc.

Excelente local para umas férias tranquilas

A casa estava óptima só foi pena as actividades estarem fechadas (kids club, animação, restaurante só 1 deles estava aberto, por já ser Setembro e a recepção fechava as 18:00 e o Bar da piscina as 19:00 Deviam passar esta informação antecipadamente.

Basic apartment (even superior) but nice overall

The complex is beautiful. Overall a lovely place to visit. The pool area by reception is lovely and the bar staff are really friendly. The reception staff could have been a little more friendly and informative about the resort (they gave us no information about the complex other than a map). Our apartment (we paid for a superior) was basic, bathrooms worn but very clean and comfortable. The 2nd pool area outside of the apartment itself was also nice. Again it was clean but the pool bar was not open and the sun beds were worn. We read online that there was a shuttle bus in to carvoeiro town but we didn’t see this / weren’t offered this (maybe because of covid but this was t explained). The apartments are also situated on a very hilly walk to the main reception and pool area.

Ok at the discounted Price, but old and worn out. One of the terrasse dors could not lock and one shower head did not work. You need car or mountainbike to get to the City

Excellent séjour à Quinta do Paraiso

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. 2 salles de bain et WC, cuisine équipée avec lave linge. Pas de lave vaisselle mais pas gênant du tout. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. Plusieurs piscines dans la résidence, bar, restaurants, supérette, bref, tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Joli cadre, jardin et pelouses bien entretenus. Je recommande vivement, très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol, voisins du dessus bruyants

Personnel a l'écoute mais barrière de la langue compliquée.Piscine non chauffée pour les logements vers les 800...attention les logements du bas sont très bruyant du fait que tout soit en beton cela raisonne beaucoup et on entend tout si vous etes au rez-de-chaussée comme nous.Sinon le site est proche du centre, fleurie et leur tratoria excellente! Et ils louent des voitures a un prix imbattable et dans caution exorbitante! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir s carvoeiro.

Basic three bed villa was cheap and clean but a little dated with thin beds which were not particularly comfortable. Ok for the price and a short stay. Early in the season, so, not everywhere open. Good if you like walking.
