Decorated with unparalleled refinement, the house has a quite privileged location, as it is in the highest part of FERRAGUDO with a view of the Arade River and Portimão marina with all its glamour. Book as soon as possible because this property is highly sought after.The space:2-story house with lots of light and large rooftop and terrace with stunning views of the village of Ferragudo and the Arade River, the property is equipped with air conditioning and heated floor. The property has 3 large bedrooms (one is suite) with queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with an Italian shower and one toilet. Modern and fully equipped American kitchen that includes washing machine and a dryer. Smart TV, WI-FI Internet, 1 rooftop with a small but cosy pool (1,5x1,5m) and one terrace equipped with outdoor furniture including a great WEBER BBQ (electric), Delta Q coffee machine. These are some of the facilities that this unique home has to offer to offer to its guests. Private garage for 1 car with direct access to the property.
