I am unable to comment on this property. As when we arrived they had no reservation for us. They have taken our money and between them and Expedia we had nowhere to sleep for 2 nights!!!! At this time we cannot decern who is to blame. We will chase Expeida customer services for more answers

Family friendly

First impression is that it is run down but the rooms are clean, well presented and comfortable. The pool was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor…). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.

This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Résidence open at 16pm, arrived at our room air conditioning doesn’t work, reception told us they rent without air conditioning 😂😂😂. Fortunately we checked out before the hot week arrived. Sink broken, water everywhere. Main door locked had broken . The quiet dirty lots of tâches. Bad experience!

Hôtel propre, personnels sympa et accueillants mais le site accuse le poids des années, le petit déjeuner et décevants au vu du prix, par contre le parking souterain est un plus ( surtout en motos)

J’ai réservé avec ménage inclus, à l’arrivée on me dit que non qu’il faut que j’aille voir la responsable. La responsable, peu aimable, m’indique qu’il faudra laver la cuisine avant de partir. Arrivé dans l’appartement nous ouvrons le frigo qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde, nous allons voir la responsable qui nous dit faire intervenir quelqu’un le lendemain mais personne n’est jamais venu. Dans la chambre la lumière reste en permanence allumé style veilleuse. Vaisselle sale, évier sale… bref 1ere et dernière fois chez vacanceole. Le site est à l’abandon, les jeux pour enfants fermé depuis décembre de ce que nous a dit la responsable. Le pédicure de la piscine franchement degueulasse et des vis autour de la piscine qui dépassent. Le soir après 22h cela reste très bruyant car ça résonne énormément.

Deux nuits pas plus

A notre arrivée nous avons été surpris par la beauté du cadre extérieur, passé la porte d'entrée plus rien à voir. Une haie de chariot avec des sacs orange Élis, sur votre gauche un bar qui sert de débarras et devant vous derrière l'accueil un sommier. Vous pourrez admirer tout cela depuis la salle du petit déjeuner. Passer la porte de notre studio le festival continue. Les premières impressions ne sont pas bonnes, on remarque que ça tombe en ruine (odeur, vasque se salle de bains casser, rideaux à moitié accrocher,..) En dépliant le canapé lit, surprise nous retrouvons les draps, oreillers et chaussettes sales des anciens locataires!!! Pas de télécommande pour la télé, réponse de l'accueil : le technicien est partit, vous en aurez une demain, en attendant il y a un bouton derrière. (On attend toujours la télécommande) Petit déjeuner pour 30€ pour deux adultes et deux enfants, bof... Pour 20€ il y a une boulangerie à côté on a beaucoup mieux déjeuner, du bon pains, un vrai jus d'orange. Par chance nous sommes restés que 2 nuits et heureusement vu le prix!

Établissement qui a du potentiel mais qui n’est pas entretenu et remis au goût du jour comme il devrait l’être. L’emplacement est bien et a du potentiel qui n’est pas exploité. Des joins de baignoire pleins de moisissures, une terrasse sale et un étendoir plus que rouillé. Gestion de l’établissement à revoir.

Catastrophique. A fuire cette résidence.

Déjà à l’arrivée le soir il y avait personne à l’accueil. Bon c’est pas tellement gênant vu qu’il y avais les clef dans un coffrer fort. J’ai ouvert avec un code envoyé par mail. Avec les clefs il y avait un plan. Très dure à lire le plan et à trouver les chambres. On a fait pas mal d’aller et retour pour trouver la pièce. Heureusement que je me suis fait aidé d’un habitué. En rentrant dans la pièce une hodeur a vomire de la saleté partout un canapé lit moisie. Horrible. Sans oublier des poiles de chien ou chat. Et le comble dans tout ça c’est que les draps et les housses mise a disposition était pas assez pour tout le monde et en plus petit par rapport à la taille du lit et du canapés convertible. Vraiment une catastrophe. On a passer une nuit horrible. J’ai appelé le service client pour le dédommagement. À fuire d’urgence.
