Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I believe I have been scammed!
Went there and they didn’t see my booking, was further told they don’t even have an account on all platforms like hotel.com I tried all my best to reach help desk that night but was unreachable until the next morning. And I told them the whole situation and was told an agent will reach me but till now no one has called nor emailed me back.
Guys till date I have not collected my money back
