Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We got there and the property did not exist. Called several times and texted. Expedia even try contacting them and no response. Imagine after a 16 hour flight and no place to stay. Having to find a motel for the night after waiting and talking to people to help. Then to have to search for another hotel for the rest of our 10 day stay. Horrible experience 😪
