Magnificent holiday villa by the sea, private pool, 2 km to the beach

The holiday villa is located in a small urbanisation, just 2.3 km away from the beach “Vale da Lama” and about 8 km to the city of Lagos. The villa lies on a plot of 1.540 sq. m., surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The villa has a living space of 185 sq. m. There is a playground for children with a swing, seesaw, slide and sandbox. Another part of the garden offers fruits trees (lemon and orange). The famous golf course “Palmares” lies 2.5 km far from the villa and in the village of “Odeáxere”, (+/- 4km) you will find some restaurants and cafes. Approx. 300 days of sunshine per year, with a cool breeze from the Atlantic during the summer time and a mild spring-climate during the winter – all this turns the Algarve in a favourite vacation spot all years round.
The villa consists of a living room with fireplace and Sat-TV (Astra 19.2° E), open to the dining area and the well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in a separate room. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and an armchair which can be folded out to a bed suitable for a child. 2 bathrooms, one with tub, the other one with shower (1 en suite). The villa is well equipped, so that the guests can enjoy their holidays in a comfortable atmosphere. The closed gallery on the upper floor offers a view to the sea. A gas central heating for the colder months is available.
Note: the costs for the gas during the heating period are not included in the rates and must be paid in cash on site.
