I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Inn by Radisson on Victoria Island. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and my room was clean and matched what was advertised. While some aspects of the facilities could use an update—such as cleaning supplies in the gym, poolside decor, and the air conditioning in the rooms—the property overall felt safe and well-maintained. The breakfast was especially impressive and definitely a highlight of the stay.
My family and I had the most unforgettable stay at Park Inn by Radisson in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria. We had the most amazing welcome by the hotel's Manager Rita, to the meal recommendations by the Chef and server Olowo. We still smile and think back with gratitude to exceptional service and attention to detail, ee received from our server Michael. The kindness and professionalism of Amedu,Oluwayemisi and Dennis at the front desk , the staff that worked so hard to put together an amazing breakfast every morning, always with a smile on their faces and even the doormen and security outside, It all made us feel like we were being treated like royalty. Every single person on staff made all the stress disappear. I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel stay I've ever had. Thank you all so much for all that you do. I hope that Radisson recognizes the amazing team they have there in Nigeria. You represent them well. Thank you again. We will be back!
The room had a strong damp smell in the air which did not make the stay very comfortable. The hotel was built to the same design as the ones we have in Europe but the maintenance was not the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the rooms need some attention. The windows were thin which allowed a lot of outside noise into the room all night. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

I am a white British lady married to a Nigerian man with 3 mixed race children. This was our first visit to my husband’s Country. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Inn however, I am extremely disappointed that when I arrived late afternoon we were told we needed to pay again! I clearly stated I had a family of 5 when booking yet the room only contained 1 double bed. Clearly this will not sleep 5. I could see within our room there was an adjoining separate room and as this is classed as serviced apartments this is what I was led to believe I was booking. This is also bearing in mind I had to state we were a family of 5 and provide my children’s ages.
However, our stay was very pleasant and we did feel safe and comfortable. After raising my issues with Rita the Manager she offered me a 200,000 Naira (approx £100) refund and I stated this was not acceptable bearing in mind I had paid approximately an extra 1 million Naira (ie £500 approx extra) basically double the original cost. I advised Rita I will be taking this up with my credit card and refused the 200,000 Naira. As a gesture of goodwill Rita said we can eat free of charge that evening due to the inconvenience. I am currently trying to get this additional fee back from my credit card. Rita believes this may have been an issue with Expedia however, this is not my problem. Bearing in mind it was our first stay as a family in a Country I was unsure of I just paid due to not having anywhere else. Otherwise very nice.
The hotel claimed to accept credit cards, however, upon checkout, the hotel claimed that my credit card did not go through. My credit card company, at the time of checkout, told me that the hotel had not even tried to run the charge, so,cash payment in Niara was mandated by hotel clerk. My clothing was ruined when the hotel did my laundry - covered with black marks. Housekeepers refused to bring fresh towels during last 2 days of my stay, probably in retaliation for my complaining about the laundry. I called them for 5 hours, then was finally given 1 fresh towel, not 2. (the housekeeper told the hotel clerk that they did bring 2 towels, which was a lie). Guests were required to walk through a plastic tent which sprayed an unknown chemical, stating you were being "disinfected". The music in the restaurant and bar was '80's music. For example, Olivia Newton-John's "Let's Get Physical". It was as if an explorer c music in the '80's and the people do not know how ridiculous the music sounds, day after day, in 2
I mean is it possible to add more stars. To say that this hotel is amazing is an understatement. The experience you get when you come here is simply awesome. The breakfast buffet is something else, filled with assorted food and drinks to satisfy everyone. The staff are very courteous, helpful and really attentive. The manager is an excellent human being and a great leader. Their food is very tasty. I love love love this hotel. I will definitely come back.
