It has a large garden with plenty of vegetation that provides comfort and tranquillity, with a pleasant area around the swimming pool, garden sofas and 3 tables, one wooden and two marble, in different areas of the garden, which allows different experiences depending on whether you want to be closer to the residential area or move away a bit to a more isolated and green area or have a barbecue. There are several fruit trees, pear trees, lemon trees, grapevines, orange trees.

The heated saltwater swimming pool is 10 feet long, with a pleasant relaxation area around it. It is an extremely pleasant and special house.
