Villa Leone is inspired by the word “Lion”, as all of its features are fit for a king. Cook with ease using your stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops in the open kitchen and dining area. The open concept is complemented by a café-style table and chairs set against the backdrop of a spectacular view of the water.

This room features a selection of paintings from our vast collection and add a beautiful finish to the Venetian walls and crown moulding. The living room is equipped with a leather sleeper couch for easily accommodating extra guests. The bedroom is elegantly designed with warm and inviting Tuscan colors, promising relaxation.

Villa Leone's spa bathroom features a selection of luxury designer tiling and cabinetry, which is punctuated by beautiful marble surfaces. Enjoying the outdoors is as easy as taking a step out of your front door onto a private deck where you can watch the sun fade over the Pacific Ocean.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.
