The property was well maintained and very clean, as usual. This is the second time we came here, but this time it was for our 34th wedding anniversary. It's an absolutely beautiful property! Oh, and if you like water park type slides, it has a 150 ft slide tube. Such fun!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The overall ambience was lovely, and it created a relaxing and comfortable experience throughout our visit. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options available. However, if you’re vegan or vegetarian, the choices are very limited, which is something to keep in mind. The pool was a highlight—it was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. If you have resort credit, it’s definitely worth using, as it adds extra value to your stay. Housekeeping and overall service were both very good, and the staff helped make our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The resort location was my favorite because of its location on the street. It was on the end of the strip of resorts, and had more ocean-view rooms.

The property is not well maintained and was not very clean. 80% of the Staff were rude, but then there were a handful that were really nice. There was nothing special about this property and its amenities. For instance, when there were rain days, they offered nothing to do inside.

The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans. If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can access. Our room was an ocean front view and quite large. Very comfortable and beautiful view. The staff was excellent as well. We will be back. Loved it!
