"Hotel was clean but the paint in the walls was scuffed and the lack of staff was disconcerting. No greeting , computer terminals for checkin. There was an airport shuttle which took 25 minutes airport to hotel not the advertised 8-10!"

"Convenient hotel very close to the airport. Free shuttle bus as well. However if you are using as a day room for a layover be warned they give away the booking if you do not show up for check in the evening before. This happened to myself as well as a colleague and his family. I was however able to get the room back once I arrived as the staff were very helpful. "

"Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The shower and wash basin are part of the bedroom, not in a separate room. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room."

"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"bar is well stocked, which is unusual these days. the sauna opens early on weekends, which is important for business travellers just staying for one night."
