Nettes Hotel auf dem Rheinsteig

Nettes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern und sehr liebevollem Frühstück! Einzig die Zimmer bräuchten eine Verdunkelung.

Für eine Nacht wars ok. Bei der Zimmereinrichtung hat man sich bemüht, allerdings sind die vielen Staubfänger an der Wand nur witzig, wenn man sie auch mal abstaubt. Auch die Spinnweben an der Gardinenstange und in der Türleibung zum Schlafzimmer sind nicht schön. Frühstück gabs im kalten Keller. Von Wohlfühlatmosphäre keine Spur. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal wählen.

Personal war bei der Anreise nicht vor Ort, nur telefonisch erreichbar. WLAN zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts nicht vorhanden bzw defekt. Frühstück war sehr in Ordnung, wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Ambiente beim Frühstück im Gewölbekeller sehr schön, aber etwas kalt und daher ungemütlich.

Zimmer war sauber und man hatte mit 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Check in war eine Katastrophe, da auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen die Angestellte erst nach einer halben Stunde vor Ort war. Sie war leider scheinbar auch nicht ortskundig, sodass uns Google letztendlich doch helfen musste. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war okay, dieses fand im Keller statt, leider führte nur eine leicht steile Treppe hinab - nicht barrierefrei.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in einem absolut schönen und romantischen Hotel zu übernachten, und ich muss sagen, dass das Personal extrem hilfsbereit war. Sie taten alles, um meinen Komfort zu gewährleisten, und erlaubten mir sogar, nach dem Auschecken noch eine Stunde länger zu bleiben, ohne dass zusätzliche Kosten anfielen. Obwohl ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen habe, muss ich einen Stern von der Bewertung des Personals abziehen. Meiner Meinung nach hätte die Gastgeberin die Zahlungssituation zwischen Expedia und dem Hotel besser regeln können. Anstatt mich darauf anzusprechen, hätten sie es selbst regeln können.

Tja, was soll ich sagen, eigentlich alles top. Frühstück in einem fein eingerichtetem Keller, sehr nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr, sehr sauber. Wo es hier hapert, ist leider die Umgebung. Vor dem Haus eine viel befahrene Straße, ca. 200m die Bahnlinie. Die Fenster waren in unserem Zimmer nicht schall- isoliert und daher das Ganze auch tlw. nachts laut. Man merkt aber auch bei der Einrichtung des Zimmers, hier hat sich einer Gedanken gemacht. Wer eine gewisse Lautstärke in Kauf nimmt, oder ein Zimmer zum Garten ergattert kann, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch der Garten ist mit Verstand angelegt.

Excellent breakfast. The room was very clean and felt unique with decor. We stayed in the suite which was perfect for a family but keep in mind there is only one bedroom. The staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Hotel

Tolles individuell gestaltetes Hotel, wir hatten mit der Familie die Penthouse Suite, welche wunderschön und extrem großzügig war! Sauberkeit perfekt, alles total gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück gibt es im Gewölbekeller, auch hier gibts nix zu meckern, sehr reichhaltig. Wegen Corona aktuell nicht als Buffet, sondern angerichtet am Tisch, sehr üppig. Frisches Obst, Joghurt, Wurst, Käse, frische Brötchen, Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet…. Dazu sehr nette Gastgeber! Vielen Dank, wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir haben im Januar 2020 1 Nacht in diesem wunderbaren Hotel verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war nach dem Motto Nordsee liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Wunsch nach einem frühen Frühstück um 06.30Uhr wurde erfüllt und wir fanden im Frühstücksraum einen liebevoll gedeckten Tisch mit wirklich allem was der Magen begehrt. Die Frühstücksfee brachte uns frischen Kaffee und Tee, so dass wir gut gestärkt aufbrechen konnten. Ich werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und an die Eigentümer und das Personal kann ich nur sagen: Danke und Weiter so!

Bemühungen sind unverkennbar

Aufenthalt an Pfingsten- erste Gäste ? Das alte Stadthaus roch noch stark nach Farbe. Das Zimmer durch Deko aufgehübscht, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Verkehrslärm durch Schließung des Fensters im Griff gehabt. Das Bad bei Tageslicht wirklich schön gemacht. Bei Dunkelheit und Licht : voller Einblick vom Nachbarhaus. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Räder noch nicht vorhanden! Der Hof ist noch Baustelle! Empfehle dringend kritisch die Funktion der einzelnen Zimmer zu prüfen! Wann gibt es denn das Frühstück im Haus oder muss man auch künftig ins „Wirtshaus an der Lahn“. Dort war das Frühstück erste Klasse!!!!
