Entry Level
The entry level is spacious and bright with spectacular lake and treetop views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The beautifully furnished great room and dining space are on this level as well as bathroom, fireplace, and decks. The first of 3 spectacular bedrooms is on the level as well.

Upper Level (2nd Story)
The upper level houses 2 bedrooms under classic A-frame roofing. The first with twin beds, the second with a queen. All 3 bedrooms have lake views, quality furnishings, pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding.

Bathroom
Located on the entry level, the bathroom reflects modern European style. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry and a stunning glass shower enclosure. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and hair dryer.

A Perfectly Peaceful Getaway for TwoThis charming vintage cabin was the ideal escape for just the two of us to unwind, recharge, and soak in the beauty of Lake Arrowhead in late July. The view of the lake from the deck is absolutely lovely, and the setting is wonderfully quiet and serene, exactly what we needed.Access was seamless, and the property manager’s directions were spot-on. As someone who manages 20 vacation rentals daily, I truly appreciated being able to fully relax, reading a good book, enjoying morning coffee while watching bluebirds from the lakeside deck, and taking in the peaceful ambiance of this special place.The cabin is thoughtfully appointed for couples seeking a cozy, intimate retreat. While there is only one small bathroom and no central AC, the main level remained perfectly comfortable during our stay, even in the height of summer. The upstairs bedrooms may be a bit warm for larger groups, but for two people, it was just right.It’s also just around the corner from the Village, so you get the best of both worlds. Quiet lakeside serenity and easy access to shops and dining. We loved our stay and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a romantic and peaceful mountain getaway.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The cabin is very cozy, charming and well-appointed with modern appliances and high quality towels, linens, etc. It was super clean, beds very comfortable, great location. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Arrowhead cabin

Cabin was very comfortable, the check in was easy. There were several steps to front door. Not a problem for us but should be noted for anyone with mobility concerns. Great stay.

Luxury on the Lake

Booked cabin for birthday celebration just for me and hubby. Check in was easy and the cabin was very clean upon arrival. Smaller than I imagined, but very nice. Partial view of the lake. Problem was no power due to the CA wildfires. Freezing upon arrival and everything was closed in the area except the Stater Bros so we contacted the owner. Quick response. We opted to leave. Disappointed, but not the owner's fault. Owner was very gracious and communicative.

Lovely Rustic Cabin

Three sisters in their 60s celebrating a birthday. Great location and our favorite part is the large patio with lake views where we spent most of our time. They have supplied everything you could possibly need. This is our second time staying at this property.

Wonderful Cabin

Lakeview charmer is a wonderful cabin. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We are a family of 6 and it was roomy enough for all of us. It is an updated 1930s cabin so the bathroom was small and the stairs going upstairs were steep, but that just added to its charm. We're looking forward to our next stay there.

Mini Vaca escaping the city!

Stayed with four adults and the house size was perfect! The location is great! Literally around the corner from the Arrowhead Village. just a few minutes to walk to restaurants. No need to drive at all! Which we loved! I had a few questions prior to our trip and Jon was very responsive, very helpful! Can't wait to go back!

Thanksgiving getaway

Relaxing, which is what we were looking for. Jon was great at answering our questions promptly. Everything was clean, convenient with a beautiful view. The only catch was that online it wasn’t obvious that there were so many stairs to reach the entrance. One of us is mobility challenged. I knew about the stairs inside to reach the two bedrooms - no problem. The one bedroom downstairs was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wow - simply stunning in every way

We stayed in the lake view charmer for 2 nights. Very much wish we could have stayed longer. The property was easy to find with the directions and as described/looked in the photos. The property was super clean, very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. I particularly like the lvh rentals hand wash etc throughout the home. We made use of the outside space which had gorgeous views. Bbq was a great addition. The host Jon answered questions very promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. We made use of the lake passes, including the kayaks which were so much fun. Stay at this property - it was worth every penny!

A different experience than what we are use to.

Vacation in Arrowhead 2x year to celebrate bday/anniversary so have rented several homes to enjoy getaway. Home was "immaculate" & very clean. Pottery Barn design suitable for those who desire a modern/elegant stay. 2 cameras in house to monitor that have to get disconnected upon arrival, understand need for security such as ADT but internal cameras seem a bit odd. Small & cozy space. Felt like a hotel experience, we enjoy more personalized home away experience. Appreciated same day notification of early check in however, did not get initial access until we inquired, often get within 48hrs after final payment during past getaways. Fireplace needs a screen for safety for children/animals. Frig door hits the light switch in kitchen when left open to unload groceries, stopper would be helpful. Notified Ron who mentioned that previous guest never complained so worked around it & turned off light to unload. Dresser drawers in bottom bedroom was highly frustrating to close, would always get stuck. 2 abandoned houses on the right so Lake View Charmer appeared out of place. Narrow road difficult to exit & unless you use opposite direction which is a uneven road in which our car almost got stuck. Direction given were helpful to find the house. The left side neighbors, older adults were friendly/younger adult had thrown 2 empty cans of beer in back of property which we picked up when we arrived & continued to go on the property to shoot bebe guns which made us a bit anxious since we have dogs. No simple condiments outside of coffee & tea as appreciated in the past at other rentals ie. ketchup/mustard etc. would have helpful. House rules noted not to allow pets on furniture including beds-disappointing, wish we knew that since we selected this property as dog friendly stay, have 2 hypoanalgetic small dogs that do not shed & are very use to being close to us so it was a bit uncomfortable. A guest book to read/write would have been nice touch. In the past we have received a inquiry, prior to arrival asking if we were celebrating a special occasion resulting in a personal touch upon arrival which felt welcoming. We selected this rental since it is so close to the village and appreciated the use of dock/outdoor activity supplies. Overall it was an okay experience however, not as comfortable/peaceful as we would hoped for the price.

Lake Arrowhead for Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay in Lake Arrowhead for Memorial Day weekend was wonderful at this cabin! It was very clean with a wonderful view out through the forest and into parts of the lake. It is super close to Lake Arrowhead Village as well! Fantastic stay with my wife and small dog!

Lovely Rustic Cabin

Very comfortable cabin. Quite walkable to Lake Arrowhead town, and lovely view of the lake. It was fully equipped with kitchen equipment and coffee too.

Lakeside Charmer Indeed

This is an amazing and cozy property perfect for a single family or 2 small families, the location is perfect as its about 3 mins walking from the village and the lake is always visible. The property itself is beautiful and has all the amenities. The property manager Jon takes care of everything and sets up your visit perfectly. Would definitely be back here again with my family.

Lakeview cabin

My husband, my young daughter, and myself stayed here. The view is beautiful without a doubt. The first level is nice (living room, dining area, and kitchen) was beautiful. Cons: The bedroom on the first level was extremely dusty filled with cob webs all over with spiders . My youngest has allergies and asthma which were triggered by the dust . The bathroom shower was leaking out of the glass doors. The stairway is not wide enough for a “big” person and the room’s upstairs are very narrow for any thick person to feel comfortable. My husband is 6’1 220!-and was not able to comfortably go upstairs. Overall I feel I only paid for the view and just the use of 1st floor.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

The Lakeview Charmer was an adorable little cabin and was great for our family's getaway. The owner was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. There is no central AC but the AC units that the owner provides work wonderfully and kept us cool in the midst of a rather warm few days. The stairwell up to the second floor of the cabin is a bit tight, but it leads to two delightful bedrooms that are actually larger than I expected them to be. Overall this was a wonderful cabin and I would recommend it to friends and family.
