"Beautiful property and nice, helpful staff. We loved the gas fireplace in the restaurant/lounge area. This is a smaller hotel which we like. Our room was very clean and spacious and had a balcony. But mostly, we loved how friendly everyone was."

"Le déjeuner était super! Options sous forme de buffet œufs, viande, patates et gaufres avec bar a assaisonnement comme sirop d’érable fait au Vermont, pépites de chocolat, noix de Grenoble, fruits séchées, yaourt, granola, céréales et assortiment de jus, café et thé. Le déjeuner était super. Chambre comme sur les photos, tout fonctionnait et tout était comme présenté dans l’offre que j’ai réservé sur Expédia."

"1) Don’t let them give you one of the two rooms close to the elevator on the second floor if you’re a light sleeper. The elevator machine room (door labelled “mechanical”) is right there and you hear the noticable”Brrrrrrrrrrr!” from the hydraulic elevator pump every time somebody uses it throughout the night. 2) Tub drain was clogged. Showering meant standing in 2 inches of dirty water. Told them about it and they unclogged it however that only lasted for about 2 minutes. 3) Clean the stairwell. I don’t know what that is that dripped on the wall between the first and second floor, along with the coagulated blob in the corner on the first floor of the stairwell, but I have an idea. It was there the entire week I was which means not once did somebody go check on that stairwell and clean it. Positive: The breakfast was decent, with a good selection including DIY waffle maker."
