"Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay."

"Electrical outlets did not all work. Staff were aware of this and it should have been fixed before this room was assigned.
Breakfast buffet was inadequate. Not enough coffee or patties for the number of guests. No fruit on our last day. More options should be available due to cost of rooms Noise overhead from room above was very loud"
