"The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. When we first walked in, we knew we didn't want to spend the 2 nights that we had paid for, nonrefundable. We left and luckily found a hotel. It was very disappointing, as we had packed food and other things that were for a cottage stay. I contacted the property manager, and provided photos, and they sent a note saying they'd look into it. I have not heard any more from them, and no offer of a refund or even a partial refund. I would not recommend this property."
