The staff was amazing and super friendly! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds. The room was newly remodeled, spacious, and very comfortable! There was no tv, we could watch tv on our phones if we wanted, but we had more fun unplugging and playing games!

Lovely stay. Old school style great for family reunion or friends traveling in a group. Room was spotless and pools were pristine. No horses right now. The glamping area looked fantastic although we didn’t stay in that part. Super pet friendly and affordable.

Pros: Dog-friendly with large grounds, was probably once a beautiful place, less expensive and available during peak times, nice front desk staff. Cons: Dated but clean rooms, no housekeeping, internet and cable were down, was creepy at night when the crowds left.

The amenities were great and service was great. Sadly the restaurants on site we're not open during our stay and the wifi didn't work due to a winter storm last winter knocking it out, but they did say their provider was coming to fix it after we left. The beds were clean and comfy, and I didn't feel the need to even lock my door, that's how safe I felt. The property is cute and charming, and it was a perfect getaway.

Roaring Brook is a very nice place off the beaten path, but not by much at all. The new owner is remodeling parts of the resort. We stayed in a remodel room and it was very nice. Our room was across from the pool which was nice. You can signup for horse riding, the horses are beautiful and very healthy.
