this hotels or motels only unique part is that it has great location to visit lake george other then that nothing is good about this place beds,bed sheets,towel everything felt dirty rooms are dated and felt dirty and dark not enough or proper lighing bathroom was clean but water was not drining when we took shower first room was given to us was with dirty tub trash cans were dirty attendent was not there when we came to check in and no on way to find him they gave us phon number to call but no ine picked up after long drive we had to face this problem respetion area was very dark and unwelcoming this place needs lots of updating maintenence over all we regrted to stay there we were taking one night stop to way to vermont very disappointing and unwelcoming place we dont reccomond snyobe to stay therr

The property seems to kept fairly clean and maintained. My room seemed to be clean, however there was leftover food in the freezer. ( Not a big deal) . The continental breakfast that comes with the reservation was disappointing, first it was on the second floor so being disabled I couldn't get up there, my husband however went to the breakfast room, he was informed that they were out of eggs, bacon, and sausage, and the coffee machine was broken,( he went right after they opened) . I was also kinda put off by the random signs in the room stating different fees for different violations. One sign with everything listed would be sufficient.

The room was clean as was the hotel and the grounds. The only thing that would’ve been helpful, was to advise the guests that there was construction happening on the roof. There was a lot of noise and banging that started extremely early and continued on all day.

Very run down lots of water stains on the ceiling. A guy had a dog that he let run loose while my friend and I were outside. That was scary at first. The room was clean enough. We just needed a place to sleep for a night

Staff was very friendly , room were ok - not cleaned throughly - we did most of the cleaning - breakfast was ok - very repetitive but the gentleman was making sure everything was filled quickly - pool was clean and great - ideal for 1-2 night at max but wouldn’t do another 5 nights there ( we left 1 night early as bed and pillows were not very comfortable

Besides Peter at the front desk he was helpful and polite, everyone else on the staff was horrible. Spoke broken English and half the time pretended like they didn't understand what we were asking for. Hotel rooms should be cleaned every 3 days they need to be cleaned everyday! I told them that my room needs to be cleaned everyday of our stay and it was and trust I checked. We will not be returning to Hotel again. The owners and the manager need to be on site and be more compliant!

Many of our groups rooms had mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Tv was hard to navigate just to watch the news in the morning while getting ready. Lawn games available outside was nice, location was convenient. Ice machine was unplugged at night….
