Could be much better. We were told room had a safe. No safe. We were told someone would come to the room to check it out. No one came. We were told no room cleaning but towels would be picked up if we left used towels in hall. 3 nights passed and no one ever came by. We went to front desk to get towels. They didn’t have any. What?! Came back later and they had some.
Hated to write that because the building is new and in a great location. Such a huge investment in that yet seemed to be lacking so clearly on some basic service points.
Lots of room for improvement. Step it up team!
