You will enjoy the beautiful scenic views of Bald Mountain Golf Course from this NEWLY RENOVATED two-bedroom, two-bath condo. The single floor plan design features new tile floors in the kitchen and both bathrooms, richly colored laminate flooring, and new furniture. The two bedrooms, each with two brand new queen size beds and mattresses, have a private bath in each with tub/shower combos. The living and dining area has a cathedral ceiling, sofa, armchair with ottoman, large flat screen TV, dining table with six chairs, plus two stools along a counter.  The kitchen includes ALL NEW black and stainless steel cook top range, refrigerator and freezer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.  There's even a stack washer and dryer in a utility closet. The deck off the living area provides a beautiful and relaxing place to unwind and watch golfers. This condo is near the common picnic area on Bald Mountain Lake with a short walking distance to other amenities.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
