"This is a big bustling hotel in the middle of Central Stockholm. I expected a soulless box with 500+ rooms. Instead, the Clarion Sign surprised at nearly every turn. The afternoon check-in turnover was handled like clockwork, a ballet of authentically happy interactions with guests. I watched as reception staff greeted guests with smiles and enthusiasm. A manager handed out chocolates when there was a wait. Location is ideal, five minutes from the Arlanda Express and Central Station. My room was spotless and comfortable with some clever amenities. (Including a fold-out luggage rack and different colored bath towels.) Breakfast was surprisingly good with made-to-order omelettes cooked just right. Other chain and more expensive hotels in Stockholm and beyond could learn from the service, cleanliness and genuinely buoyant ethos of this hospitality team."

"Really enjoyed our stay, excellent facilities, great breakfast. Well located next to a good choice of restaurants and 3 supermarkets. Nice walk along the river into the centre of the city that only takes about 20 minutes"

"Well located within the centre of Stockholm, you canwalj everywhere or use the excellent tram and metro system. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby so we didn't eat in the hotel. Room was a good size with a nice rainfall shower and bed very comfortable. Recommended"

"Breakfast gf options are great especially the staff. Views from room on 11th floor are wonderful. Bathroom tiles need some major cleaning. And room needs some shelves or drawers! Otherwise a great location to stay. Will recommend."
