Just a gorgeous place all around, in a beautiful setting! Only regret is we arrived at 8 p.m. and were gone by 9 a.m. However, we are certain to return!

We took a road trip through France and found this wonderful place. So on the way back we made sure to stay here again. Needless to say, I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay for one night was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean, calm and they already pre-heated the Sauna so we could go there Right away after our arrival. Staff also very friendly. The landscape around invites for nice walks. The only thing that didn’t really convince us was the Food about what we had high expectations (good ratings & in the guide Michelin): not well seasoned/portion size/no surprising flavors/meat not tender. Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.

It’s very convenient cause close to everything

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.

We have an amazing and relaxing stay at Beau Rivage. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and appreciated the attentive pool staff. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Several food options on site. Walkable into town and the path along the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for the lovely lemon cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend.
