Two entrances. The first/main entrance just steps from the assigned parking spaces. The second is in the rear ( see the photo ) that exists to the open common grass area from the lower bedroom.

PARKING: Lot parking in front of unit (2 vehicles), guest parking, no RVs permitted.

Please note- there are enough beds to sleep 8 but this includes a twin trundle bed that may be more suitable for children.

We are part of an HOA. Please abide by the Parking Rules provided prior to check in and please note QUIET HOURS at 9:00pm.
