This two-story home is inviting with warm lake decor, great natural lighting, and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Host a family meeting in the open-concept living room, which offers a large sectional sofa and gorgeous rock fireplace. Let in the breeze by opening the stylish French doors leading to the patio or turn on the ceiling fans. In-house entertainment includes a TV with Netflix streaming and free WiFi so you can post videos of your first trip around the lake on water skis. Nine beds are located on the lower level (including one king suite), and two master suites are upstairs. The master suites are each immaculate with French doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the lake. Outside, you'll find plenty of green space for Fido to roam, as well as a handsome river-rock patio with exterior columns. Dine outdoors with help from a gas grill and three large patio tables, or snuggle up by the gas fireplace with access from both inside and outside of the home. The private balcony provides a romantic retreat and fenced-in space for both kids and dogs. With additional amenities like a Ping-Pong table and a badminton set, this home has something for everyone. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: There is room to dock at least two boats at the dock. The owner's boat and jet skis are not for guest use. They are stored by the owner on the lifts at the boat house. Owner's boat and jet skies are not for guest use (insurance reasons).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
