Nicely appointed Pinehill Phase II Townhome offers ample room with a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace and a 1/2 bath on main level. Portable A/C units in bedrooms and main floor living room. Upstairs offers two bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level features a bedroom, family room, 3/4 bath and laundry. Restaurants and trolley stop around the corner. Short walk to Village and Rail Trail. NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES. HOA does not allow campers, trailers, boats or motor homes on the property.
