"Room 217: closet door doesn’t stay shut, shower/tub doesn’t drain, beds are little worn and the sofa bed hurt my teens back so she slept w me, there’s a fridge but no microwave even though it’s listed on the post. The pros: very spacious room, clean, plenty of towels and pillows, tv was big and had a clear pic, the ambiance lighting was nice and the AC was AMAZING! We didn’t get to use the pool even though that was part of why I booked this place. We checked in at 6:30pm and the pool closed at 8pm but we still hadn’t eaten dinner so it was closed by the time we got back. Kinda early closing hours I think. The buffet breakfast they list on their posts is not what I consider a buffet. It has your typical: danishes, bagels, yogurt, cereal and fruit and a waffle maker, the only extras they had were biscuits, small slices of ham and eggs folded w cheese in between like a taco. The food was decent though. Staff at check in and check out were both very nice and the property was clean both inside and out. "

"I had a great two week working holiday at The Fir. It was a quiet and wonderful place to get away. Everything went very smooth, the host was very responsive and the cabin was more lovely than even the pictures suggested. Had a great stay."

"The house was very cute. The host wasn’t super responsive before check in, we sent a few questions and didn’t hear back. But after our stay we had a few more questions and they were really responsive. We enjoyed the home the pictures did make the spaces appear bigger than they were but it was a great house for what we needed."

"Had an amazing experience- stayed for 5 days. Check in process was fast and easy. We did run into a small issue with pass code for second cabin but once we contacted host we got it resolved promptly. Communication with host was amazing, they replied in a timely manner and communication was great! Any issue or concerned about maintenance/home repairs was resolved and handled immediately. I want to also thank their maintenance guy and pool lady- they were both friendly and courteous. With this overall experience we will definitely be booking our annual family vacation next year with this property. Thank you for making our vacation safe and memorable!!"
