Lakeside Isbell Cottage and Isbellita Guest Cottage
10/10 Excellent
"We all had a fantastic time and I tend to be very particular but with everything included - the private beach with dock, the large front lawn and porches for our two grandsons to play will instill a memory for them to always remember. The inside had just been painted this past Spring and looked so professional. It was so clean and was so easy to ask questions and get answers, etc, etc. I even watched the beautiful sunset each night. Can’t say enough!!"
"We loved our stay at Kristin's home! It was very clean, communication was excellent, and she was incredibly accommodating—especially since we were traveling with two young children. We made delicious breakfasts in the kitchen each morning and loved enjoying our coffee on the deck while taking in the beautiful view. Kristin truly couldn't have been kinder or more communicative. The home itself is lovely. Our only minor feedback is that the beds weren't quite as comfortable as we had hoped, and a few of the outdoor areas (including the barn by the pond and some of the furniture) showed a bit more wear than the listing photos suggest.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!"
Waterfront home on the lake shore of Beautiful Lake Memphremagog, Newport, VT.

"Such a comfortable house with a spectacular view! My husband was able to fish both from his kayak and the dock. I appreciated the well-stocked supplies, the comfortable bed, and the fact that there was plenty of space for us to settle in for our two weeks. Wonderful hosts!"

"Perfect home base to explore the area, or just enjoy peaceful days on the water and evenings around the fire. Clean, thoughtful, cozy accommodations. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Beautiful, immaculate well appointed house in a very quiet area along the shores of Lake Memphremagog. Incredible views into Canada, room for everybody, and very easy to get to Newport Center by car or boat. The owner does rent his boat via Boatsetter.com, so that’s a plus. One really nice thing is the beds. They have firm, newer mattresses and soft high quality bedding. This is not your typical scratchy cottage sleep experience. Very very nice. Lots of fire flies at night and a fire pit for making smores. Great for stargazing on clear nights. The AC was most appreciated during the latest heatwave."
"Really lovely little house! Cute and really well appointed. Clean as heck.My mother would like people to know that if you have mobility impairments the bathroom is downstairs, so if you need to wake up at night, take that into consideration."
Edgeview Cottage - Willoughby Lake View and Private Beach Access
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay! This was, without a doubt, one of our favorite places we’ve ever vacationed, and we can’t wait to come back. The home was spotless, beautifully renovated, and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, and we loved cooking outside on the grill. Evenings around the fire pit overlooking the lake were unforgettable. The private, fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, which made the trip so much more relaxing. The outdoor deck and furniture were wonderful for enjoying coffee in the morning and taking in the stunning views of Lake Willoughby.Every detail made the home feel comfortable and welcoming, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into creating a great experience. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay.We made so many special memories here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!"

"This is the most darling cottage on a beautiful quiet lake. Everything about the rental met or exceeded our expectations. Wish it had been a bit warmer out so we could do more swimming."
