"The property is extremely old and it looks like there has been no maintenance on the property for years. I did not want to take a shower in the dirty bathrooms. The kitchen counters had ants everywhere. The porches had spiderwebs and dead leaves every where. Not a good place to stay."

"We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have ..."
