"Absolutely horrible experience — I would not recommend this place at all. First of all, there is no proper parking provided. You’re forced to pay an extra, which wasn’t clearly stated upfront. On top of that, the price didn’t match what was shown on the app — I was charged more upon arrival, which felt very misleading. Check-in was another nightmare. There was a group ahead of us, and we had to wait around 20 minutes just to get checked in. Not acceptable after a long day of travel. No customer service or whatsoever The room itself was poorly located right next to the car park, making it extremely noisy early in the morning and night time. I think it’s from the cleaners. Don’t expect a restful stay. Overall, the whole setup is very inconvenient — you have to share parking and common spaces with people living in the apartment, which makes it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s completely not worth the money. A very disappointing stay from start to finish."

"1. Check-out time is 10am, but house keepers come in at 9.30am. Try to push you to leave even it is not check-out time yet. Very terrible! 2. Asked for lake view and higher level room, but turns out we were given a room that located at the lowest level of a sharp corner of the road. Very terrible location. 3. The curtains are too transparent, people can see inside our bedroom even the curtains are closed. Very terrible design. 4. Facilities are too aged and broken. I would not choose this apartment anymore, not worth for value. "

"Fairly large room, no balcony for us, very clean and had the essentials. Had room for a bit more furniture in ours, e.g. could have had a desk or sofa. Parking is fine, just outside the property if there is space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "
