It is an old Famous Hotel in Lakeland that was remodeled. The room was very comfortable and perfect. Every thing was decorated for Fall and felt so cozy. Plus it was close to the venue we had for a wedding. You are right in downtown Lakeland there is plenty of restaurants to walk to, there is Munn Park that has many events through the year and across the street from the hotel is Lake Mirror. It is in the perfect location to go into N Lakeland or head South. Parking lot is available

The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. First off, the location is phenomenal—you literally step outside and you're right in the heart of it all. But the real highlight is always the excellent service. The team here is amazing and genuinely cares about their guests. Can’t thank them enough for a great stay!

The only issues we had was the A/C didn't seem to do a good job keeping the humidity down. Otherwise, everything was great. Also, the Valet, Johnny, who was on shift Friday, July 2nd, in the morning, was super nice and friendly.
