"I booked a room (to pay at property) for 14 days for this month since December 8th, 2025. I called the day before checking in to confirm availability and to let them know that my family and I will be arriving between 1 and 1:30am because we are coming from South Korea (which is where the person I spoke to on the phone is from). He said it was okay and that he put in the notes that we will arrive for late check in. When I arrived 2 weeks ago at 1:15am, I was told by a staff that the manager cancelled my booking earlier in the day (when I was midflight). The reason behind the canceled booking is because they supposedly had an issue with ONE room and they were overbooked so they prioritized prepaid rooms (I am still baffled about this explanation). I asked the staff member what my alternative option is and asked how they can just decide on who gets a room and who doesn't. I was told that Expedia should have rebooked me with another hotel (that is not how it works). He reiterated that unfortunately, they are overbooked and I need to find an alternative option in the middle of the night with a screaming infant after spending over 13 hours in an airplane. The manager was supposed to reach out to discuss this matter and never did. I did not get any alternative options or accommodations for this inconvenience. I will never book with this location, and I highly do not recommend especially if traveling overseas."

"The hotel was better than expected. I was warmly greeted upon arrival during check-in, which made for a great first impression. I stayed in a suite with two double beds and a sofa bed, and the room was incredibly spacious. I especially liked the sink area near the entrance with a refrigerator — it was very convenient for washing fruit or other items. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was large and relaxing. Overall, the room setup was excellent. There were only two drawbacks during my stay. First, the thermostat did not work properly. The room became extremely cold, and I couldn’t get the temperature to stay at a comfortable setting, so I eventually had to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Second, the breakfast could have been better. The best items were the bagel and cream cheese, while the sausage patty was soaked with water and unfortunately inedible. Despite those issues, I had a great overall experience and would definitely stay here again."

"My room wasn’t cleaned one day. Requested a cleaning and left for about two hours and no change. Next spoke to front desk again in person and the room was cleaned. Small bathroom area. Sheets were moderately clean. Doors closing in other guest rooms is pretty jarring, very loud. Bar and food were good. Probably would not stay here again."

"nice location. About 25 minutes drive to Coral Springs where we need to be. Small but clean pool. Breakfast lady was friendly!"

"The room could have used a little bitter cleaning underneath the edge of the stink. Overall very old property. Breakfast is very basic. If it wasn't for the staff being so good probably would have went somewhere else. "
