"Beautiful views no matter where you look! Clean room, staff ready and willing to support in any way they can! The food at any of the restaurants is fantastic too! Not that there are a lot of children, but HIGHLY recommend staying in the adults only Forum Tower. It’s just quieter all around. It is the older of the two towers but you can hardly tell as everything is updated and very well kept. We ran out of body gel (provided by the hotel in the shower along with shampoo and conditioner) and the housekeeper that was on our floor was more than happy to replace it for us when we asked, without having to call down to the front desk. 5 stars all around."

"This hotel was clean, well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in an area with access to other restaurants and stores. The only thing I did not like was that the water pressure was so low in the roll-in accessible shower it was difficult to have a good shower. The water came out more like a mist of rain. I did speak with one of the staff about it and she made a note. I would definitely stay here again."
