Pretty place.

The cabin was beautiful, but there were lots of things to be desired. There were many rules posted on the walls about extra fees about dirty linens and towels, but there were no paper towels, napkins, etc to use in the kitchen. The fireplace only takes wax logs, but there were none available even for purchase and nothing mentioned about this prior to arrival so we could buy some on the way. A simple fix would be to have a stack available in the room and charge for what is used after checkout, similar to a mini bar. The bed was very hard. We stayed one night for a birthday and probably would not return. Location of our cabin was right on the main road of town. We aren’t very picky people so I gave 4 stars regardless of issues.

The cabins are cozy and a little rough around the edges. Nothing to worry about. The bed seems like new memory foam and sleep was not a problem. Warmed up well with the heater. It's a little hard to see the place in the dark.

Great little hide away

I really don't want everyone to know about this place. I want to be selfish and keep it to myself. But we really enjoyed our stay. The price is fair and the cottage is comfortable. Hot tub is a nice bonus. Read the rules before you book.

Good deal on simple cabins

Can't believe I forgot to leave a review. Stayed here a few months ago. It was very nice. I would recommend for an affordable stay, if you enjoy having your own cabin in a quieter area that is simple and meets basic needs. Nothing fancy but a very good deal.

I was asked to leave for needing assistance with to many things. There was no office, so they were agitated when I called them. I was kicked out with my children and had no place to go.

Super comfortable bed and the staff was very accommodating. I had to reserve an extra night and they did some shuffling to keep me in the same cabin for the duration of my stay! I’d love it if they had one full length mirror and a fridge in cabin, but overall it was a great place to stay.

IF YOU READ ONE REVIEW THIS IS IT!

I didn't stay here and was charged for it. When I called them to try and resolve this matter the front desk person Chad was very combative and rude. He told me not to use 3rd party hotel companies because they take such a large amount from nightly rate. I tried to be professional when talking with Chad but he was so frustrating to deal with. He interrupted me or would talk over me, telling me it was not his problem to call this 3rd party company. Chad insinuated that this was my fault and I should feel bad since he stayed up until midnight waiting for me to check in. I never received a confirmation email and had no clue this reservation existed! If I had I would have used it. After this whole debacle I read some terrible reviews about this place. Its no longer owned by the nice couple who had it before and I'm guessing that its now owned by a company who only cares about money and hired Chad. Pretty awful.
