"Desk staff was great. Breakfast… well it’s included. So it’s passable. The hotel needs to fix and clean certain areas. Cleaning staff. Kind of ok. But it’s not great."

"This is a wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a nice park just a couple blocks away that the kids really enjoyed on our "down day." There is also a public pool at the park, but unfortunately it wasn't open for the season yet during our trip. The hosts, Alex and Amelia, were quick to respond to the couple questions we had during the stay. They also covered many little items such as supplying tea, coffee, creamer, laundry supplies, and quality toilet paper (LOL)! Little things like those and the board games wouldn't have made the stay less enjoyable had they not been there, but definitely were appreciated. We were in the area to see Niagara Falls, and this was a great place to be away from the main crowds yet close enough to everything we wanted to see so drives were not long. After staying here we wished we had planned for more time in the area on our trip, as we would have loved to check out more of the immediate Port Dalhousie area."

"We loved our weekend getaway at this charming rental. The water views were stunning, but the attention to detail was my favourite part. This unit is so well stocked with anything you might possibly need. We loved the extra firewood, towels and coffee pods should we need them. The water bottles and chocolates beside the bed were lovely too. The close proximity to excellent restaurants and coffee shops was perfect. We highly recommend this gem:)"

"The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good."
