"Staff was very attentive in making sure I had all the proper supplies in my hotel room. The lighting in the bathroom isn’t the best for your makeup and you do have to pay for the breakfast but aside from that everything was impeccable and up to par. "

The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Didn't realise needed to call for airport shuttle hence waiting around longer than necessary. Getting back to airport was no problem. Nice to asked what time shuttle required rather than having to request it. Left before restaurantopen for breakfast."
