"We chose this property because it is pet friendly. I really liked the way the rooms were set-up with a kitchenette. The little fridge was great with a small freezer that kept our ice packs frozen. There is a grocery store and other shops across the street. We did not eat the breakfast since we brought our own food."

"When I got to the hotel, I was greeted by two desk staff members. I don’t remember the girls name but she was younger and super sweet. Once I arrived to the room, I opened the door and was greeted by a strong smell of mildew and it was a bit musty. I went straight back downstairs and asked for my room to be changed. Which was denied. The owners (I assume it was them. Husband and wife) were sitting on one of the couches and said they would clean again. I explained that I wanted another room and they denied my request. I then went to the store for bleach after they said they were going to go spray my room. I had already paid in full so I figured there was nothing that I can do. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Parking lot was cool. The other front desk woman was rude (older one). I’ll be writing a review on google with pictures that I took. Long story short, if you are looking for a cheap room (I paid $280 for two nights) no elevator, a rude staff member and owners, half way cleaned room, and the smell of old bathroom….then this hotel is for you."

"The property, the restaurant, the bar, the pool, were all amazing. Rooms were clean. Easy to control temperatures. Easy to deal with the television. An amazing stay. Until we checked out. Hotels.com said that my breakfast was included with the total cost of the bill. But when we checked out, we found out that breakfast was not included. Which makes it even more disappointing, because their breakfast buffet is not good. Not good might be a little dramatic, but selections were so limited. For the amount you charge for breakfast I should be able to get a cup of coffee in an actual mug, not a paper cup. I should have asked at check-in if breakfast was included as per Hotels.com. That was my fault. Otherwise the hotel is absolutely amazing. Close to shopping amazing restaurants and great for families. This is my first Hilton property that I got from Hotels.com, that did not follow through with what they said while booking. If you have to stop an hour after you eat breakfast so your kid could actually eat, not worth the $22."
