A property with a cracking view.
A property with a cracking view. A working farm with the usual farm noises but nothing too intrusive and a lot less than I expected. Overall a quit comfortable setting. The property was clean and welcoming. A comfortable base for travel with no access issues found. I will certainly consider a further visit in the future.

Really good location for us, easy to get to Lancaster, Morecombe, the Lakes and Lancashire Fells.
Really good location for us, easy to get to Lancaster, Morecombe, the Lakes and Lancashire Fells. A city break/seaside/walking holiday all in one. The cottage is on a working farm so expect what comes with that. It was cosy, clean, comfy and convenient. What more could you ask?

Overall the accomodation was lovely.
Overall the accomodation was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Bed was a little hard for my liking but that would be my only complaint. Lovely location and not to far from shops and Lancaster city centre.

Stunning accommodation with an incredible view.
Stunning accommodation with an incredible view. Very comfortable, homely little place, perfect for a couple (and a dog) in the forest of Bowland, just minutes away from Lancaster where you can get everything you’d need. Ideally located for visiting Dunsop Bridge, Morecambe Bay, River Lune and Williamson park as we did.

We had a lovely break at the cottage.
We had a lovely break at the cottage. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. Only a short drive to Lancaster and a good base to visit the surrounding areas. We visited Lancaster, Morecambe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Bowness-on-Windermere and Kendall. Visited our friends in Barrow-in-Furness too. We took our dog Tess and found many places that welcomed dogs including pubs and places to eat. We were very lucky with the weather too.

We really had a great time and would definitely return.
We really had a great time and would definitely return.
Accommodation was very nice and clean and featured all the amenities you would need.
Location was great, with easy access(by car) to Lancaster,Morecombe, and the lakes.
This is a working farm so there was dogs barking early morning and other animal noises.
This didn't bother us but some people it may. Remember working farm.
Overall a great 5 nights and will return.
