"The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay"

"The Petersham has a lovely riverside setting in Richmond, and the surroundings are the best part of the stay. The location is hard to beat for walking along the Thames and getting into Richmond. The rest of the stay was uneven. Shower was terrible, no fan or AC in hot room. For the price I expected a more polished experience. It's a good place to stay for the setting, but I'd want a few details fixed before I recommend it without hesitation. Three stars."

"We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The en suite bathroom too, was well appointed. There were some tea and coffee making facilities which we made use of and were fine. The location was ideal for us. "I'm a super fussy traveller, I like to stay in quality accommodations. Travelodge satisfies my standards for cleanliness, basic comfort, safety and efficiency, without the frills, providing excellent value for money. The Twickenham Travelodge is next door to trains, supermarket, great pubs, cafes and restaurants. Sound-proof rooms are a big bonus given the busy locale. "

"It’s very good value and well situated in terms of transport networks for London with Twickenham and all its amenities on the doorstep. Staff are friendly and attentive. Ideal for people looking for somewhere that provides all the basic necessities at competitive prices."

"Great pub atmosphere"

"All ok. Room was functional which is what you'd expect of the business model. le more."

"checking in was fast , room was ready , staff very nice and very helpful , location excellent , shops and eateries near by, in short the whole experience was excellent. The best pillows i have ever use in any 5 star hotel in the world, they gave me the website where i can buy them as they dont sell thier own which i would have bought to take home to Abuja because of thier comfort."

"On the hottest night of the year in an unairconditioned room opposite a nightclub ejecting noisily in the early hours, my wife and I spent a miserable night. However, in other areas staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast room / diner is soulless. "

"L’hotel è carino ma troppo costoso per quello che offre SG"
